About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
