A Travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for 13 weeks in Redding, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in home health settings
• Adhere to treatment plans and goals set by supervising physicians
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• At least one year of experience in home health settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
