Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Tillamook, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience in Home Health.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within Oregon.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
