Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,718 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health position. This role involves working with patients in their homes to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the quality of life through tailored therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Maintain a caseload of 8-11 patients daily, depending on travel time.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient needs.
• Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical records (EMR) system (Meditech).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Missouri PT state license (PT compact privileges possible).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current active Missouri PT license.
• Compacts are acceptable but must be active.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours).
