Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $1,712 per week
About the role
The Physical Therapy Assistant will work in Home Health within the greater Sacramento county area, treating a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric. The role requires seeing 5-6 patients per day and charting with the Cerner system.
Responsibilities
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric.
- See 5-6 patients per day with a focus on achieving set productivity goals.
- Work within the Home Health setting covering the greater Sacramento area.
Requirements
- Two supervisory references from the submitted modality, one within 12 months and one within 3 years.
- Copy of the driver's license needed at submission to validate legal name.
- Not employed by CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year unless through outside firms.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Licenses to submit required.
Qualifications
Must have a current California State License to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
Skills
Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for patient care.
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
