Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 24, 2026, with BrightSpring Health Services in Yuma, Arizona.
Requirements
- Active PT License (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure)
- Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
