About the role
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract covering East Portland, OR and Clark County, WA.
Responsibilities
- Serving East Portland, OR / Clark County, WA and surrounding areas
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Standard productivity expectation of 30 points per patient visit
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate; personal transportation is required
- Charting is done via Epic Remote Client (laptop) and Rover phone app; Oasis is also used
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience required
- Active OR and WA state PT licenses required (pending licenses accepted; license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with Oasis documentation required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must have personal, reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Qualifications
- Full-time physical therapist license in OR and WA
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN
- Current CPR certification

- Proficient in charting software (Epic Remote Client, Oasis, Rover)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
