American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Largo, Maryland. The position starts immediately and is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and assessments.
• Create and manage individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Willingness to obtain Maryland licensure.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $2529.91 - $2656.41/week. The exact pay will be determined based on the contract length and other factors.

Schedule

8-hour days (flexible shifts to meet operational needs).
