Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Current State License as a Physical Therapist; Proof of current CPR certification; Current driver's license; Must have reliable transportation and insurance; 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting Responsibilities: Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and determine appropriateness of therapy. Develop, review, and revise patient care plans and progress notes, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Plan and provide treatments for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and evaluations. Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, use of equipment, and rehabilitation devices safely.
