American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Dublin, Ohio. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a pay range of $2,393.80 - $2,513.49/week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes as a PT (Physical Therapist).
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments.
• Create and manage individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio state licensure.
