About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026, in Albany, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least one year of recent clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and standards
- Experience with telehealth technologies

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
