About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel contract position in Tracy, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting
- Manage patient caseload (details to be discussed during interview)
- Utilize Devero EMR system (experience with Devero preferred)
- Work 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks with potential to extend
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Home Health experience required
- Devero EMR experience preferred

Pay
Weekly pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages plus reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. Benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to weekly pay.
