Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,575 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1 year full-time PT Home Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $51.15 - $60.45 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 8 hours per week.
• 8 hours per shift.
• Shift: Days.
