Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,562 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alaska.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Experience with home health equipment and supplies.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
