Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in home health care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
