Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience in home health care.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
