Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,465 per week

The position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health services. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy to homebound patients in accordance with physicians' plans of care.

Job Details

• Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health (PT HH)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Tennessee
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, such as user names and passwords, internet, e-mail, navigation of computer desktop, and online HR services and training programs

Additional Information

• Will be visiting patients in homes only
• No on-call required
• The candidate must have home health experience
• Travel distance is approximately 30-40 miles daily
• Weekly productivity expectations are around 25-30 units
• EMR systems used include HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
