Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel contract with Amedisys in Aiken, South Carolina. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys the autonomy and one-on-one patient care of Home Health, helping patients improve mobility, safety and independence in their own homes.

Position Details

• Home Health Physical Therapist
• 5x8 day shifts
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• One-on-one patient care
• In-home evaluations and reassessments
• Individualized plans of care
• Strengthening and functional mobility
• Gait, balance and transfer training
• Fall prevention and home-safety education
• Patient and caregiver education
• Interdisciplinary care coordination
