Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Pueblo, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Build strong patient relationships

- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Experience in home health care preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
