Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their Home Health team on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients in their homes while enjoying one of the most unique and beautiful locations in the country.

Position Details

• Home Health Setting
• 13-Week Contract
• 40 Hours/Week
• Estimated Gross Pay: ~$2,360/week
• Taxable Rate: $19/hr
• Housing Stipend: $1,000/week
• M&IE Stipend: $600/week
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.69/mile
• Productivity: 30 points per 40-hour workweek
• Average Drive Time: Approximately 25 minutes per patient

Requirements

• Active HI PT License
• Home Health experience required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
• BAYADA experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
