About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Portland, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in home health or related field
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations within Maine

Pay
