About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Use EMR system: Wellsky
- Expected to see 6 patients per day
- Must have Home Health experience
Requirements
- Current license to practice in state of assignment
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
