About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Newport, New Hampshire. This role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week on an 8-hour day shift, with a start date as soon as possible. The position is open to both experienced professionals and new graduates (training available at a reduced rate).

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in a home health setting
- Adhere to the assigned shift(s): Days
- Utilize McKesson EMR system for documentation
- Provide 30-day cancellation notice as required
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift
Pay
- Bill rate: $90 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile
