About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 10, 2026, in Sunapee, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Use EMR system: Matrixcare
- Must have experience or be open to training at a reduced rate
Requirements
- Physical Therapist specialty
- New Grad friendly position available
- Experience required or open to train at reduced rate
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current license to practice in state of employment
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
