About the role
The Client in Morrisville, Vermont is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team. The position is available for a 13-week duration starting as soon as possible, working 40 hours per week in a 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Adhere to established treatment plans and protocols
- Assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate therapy programs
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
