About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in North Carolina
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
