About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Passionate about providing quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current CPR certification
