Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,280 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Spokane Valley, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to various locations within Washington State

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of home health care standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
