Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,210 per week

About the role

Pinnacle Home Health needs a PT out of the Ormond Beach office 85 rate no hit plus mileage. Coverage: Palm Coast, S. Flagler, N. Volusia, N Daytona, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting.
• Treatment of patients with various diagnoses under the supervision of a physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Experience in home health therapy preferred but not required.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations within the specified area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
