Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,053 per week

About the role

TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Muskegon, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of home health insurance billing processes.
• Experience with home safety assessments.

Pay
