American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in North Andover, Massachusetts. The position starts immediately and is 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, utilizing PT skills
• Conduct skilled assessments and create individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Willingness to obtain Massachusetts licensure
