About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Dover, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a Home Health setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment
- Knowledgeable in home health care protocols and standards
- Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week
