Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Medford, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all treatments and patient progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
