Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) position involves delivering therapeutic services to patients in home settings following physician orders. The role includes patient evaluations, developing and updating treatment plans, and supervising therapy assistants and home health aides.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Georgia.
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, including user names and password concepts; internet; email; desktop navigation; self-management of online HR services and online training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous home health experience is required.
