Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,886 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Walla Walla, Washington and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in the home health setting
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete OASIS documentation and computer charting

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,700 - $2,886 per week

Paid by the hour - not by the visit

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
