American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position supporting the transition to HCHB PointCare.
Assignment overview
- Shift: Days, 5x8hrs, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 40 hrs/wk
- Start Date: Oct 12, 2026
- Length: 6 weeks
- Openings: 1
Responsibilities
- Three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live and preceptor support
- Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions on Monday and Friday
- Serve as preceptors providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during go-live
- Limited direct bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation
Requirements
- OT license required if applicable, Oregon license pending is acceptable
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred
- Tech-savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and training others
