About the role
The Home Health Occupational Therapist position is available for a 13-week assignment starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' occupational performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Montana
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in home health or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening
Skills

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
