Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,825 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year full-time Home Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Iowa.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $56.10 - $66.30 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 8 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 8 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours.
