About the role
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lexington, Kentucky and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services in home health settings
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using OASIS and computer charting systems
- Travel within a designated territory to deliver care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous OASIS experience
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pay
- $2,000 - $2,206 per week
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
