About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Pleasant Hill, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
- Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $53.90 - $63.70 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts.
