Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Lacey, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document all services provided in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems

Pay
