Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
- CPR Certified or able to obtain.
- Previous OASIS experience.
- Previous experience with Computer Charting.
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
