Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,120 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 18, 2026, in Rancho Cordova, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients in achieving their goals through therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with home health care settings
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
