Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,676 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract with a start date as soon as possible. The role requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Complete OASIS assessments
• Utilize computer charting systems
• Cover a designated territory

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with computer charting
• 6 months of previous home health care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,460 - $2,676 per week. Paid by the hour, not by the visit.
