Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Everett, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
- Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in home health setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the national certification exam
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
