Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings.
• Complete OASIS assessments and computer-based charting.
• Cover a designated territory of home health patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Iowa.
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with computer charting.
• Minimum of 6 months of home health care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract (18 weeks noted for pay purposes).
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
• Paid by the hour, not by the visit.
• Designated territory of coverage.

Pay

$2,220 - $2,386 per week.
