About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lexington, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
- Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current state license to practice occupational therapy.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or current EMT-B certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors.

Schedule
