About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Sylva, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time Home Health experience within the last 2 years
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Current BLS certification

- Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors
