Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,286 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for a 13-week home health contract in Marshfield, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas. This is a travel position with a designated territory of coverage, paid by the hour (not by the visit).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Complete OASIS assessments
• Utilize computer charting systems

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,120 - $2,286 per week

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
