Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,286 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Marshfield, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas. The position is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or able to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Contract Details

• $2,120 - $2,286 per week*
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
• Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
